    The MRL GrindPro™ Removal Truck (CDL) is a versatile design that provides line removal grinding, high-speed pavement grooving, plunge-type saw cuts, slot-type saw cuts, and curing compound removal. A commercial driver’s license is required.

    The GrindPro™ Removal Truck (CDL) series is available in GrindPro™ 220, GrindPro™ 420, and GrindPro™ 620.

    Features

    • 20″-diameter/50.8 cm-diameter multiple-head removal system provides removal with minimal surface damage and debris vacuum.
    • Hydrostatic chassis drive system available for precise speed control down to 0.1 mph/0.16 kph.
    • Optional tools provide inlaid marking capability, slot-cut raised pavement marker capability, and plunge-cut snow-plowable marker capability.
    • An efficient hydraulic system provides ample power to removal heads, vacuum fan motor, and air compressor.
    • Hydraulic oil coolers and efficient oil filtration system.
    • Efficient dust and debris vacuum system enables environmentally safe containment of potentially hazardous fine particulates.
    • Optional one-person equipment operation enables labor savings in some job situations.
